Scotwaste (Recycling) Limited are a local waste recovery facility based at the Pond Industrial Estate, off Whitburn Road, Bathgate. We are looking to submit a planning application that improves the sites infrastructure and processing capacity at the site. The development will lift processing capacity, create job opportunities and improve environmental controls at the site. We are interested in the communities views regarding the application.
